The Dubai Real Estate Workspace is an editorial research product published by Habitat Studies. The information, indicators, rankings and analyses presented here are provided for research and educational purposes. They are NOT investment advice, brokerage recommendations, legal advice, tax advice or a substitute for professional counsel.

We prepare research with care but the platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. Real-estate outcomes depend on many factors specific to a transaction, a location and a moment in time. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything that matters to you.

Accounts are personal. You must not share credentials, attempt to access another customer's workspace, reverse engineer the product, scrape data at scale, or use the service to compete with the platform. Automated access is limited to the endpoints we publish for that purpose.

Research produced by the platform (rankings, briefs, momentum context, reports) is the intellectual property of Habitat Studies. You may use it inside your workspace and cite it appropriately in your own work. You may not resell, redistribute or relabel it as your own.

Notes and other content you create in your workspace belong to you. We do not display your notes to other customers or use them to train external models.

Customers may request account deletion through account settings.

A deletion request ends account access and begins a 48-hour deletion period. The request may be cancelled during this period.

If the request is not cancelled, permanent deletion is completed after the 48-hour period in accordance with the Dubai Real Estate Workspace Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Once permanent deletion is completed, the former account and research workspace cannot be restored. A later registration using the same email address creates a new account.

The product evolves. Features, capabilities and plan definitions may change. Where a change materially alters what you receive today, we will surface it in-product.

Company registration details, jurisdiction, arbitration clauses and regulatory disclosures are under legal review and will be added here before commercial launch. Nothing on this page implies a warranty, regulatory registration or licence that has not been separately and publicly obtained.
