How to use the Dubai Real Estate Workspace

A short manual for browsing, saving research and understanding the difference between Member and Pro.

What is the Dubai Real Estate Workspace?
The Dubai Real Estate Workspace is a Habitat Studies research product focused on Dubai real estate. It compiles curated market signals, area-level activity, developer positioning and project context so you can understand what is happening in the market without stitching data by hand. It is a research tool, not investment advice.
Browsing as a Guest
You do not need an account to browse public research. Areas, Projects, Developers, Collections, Market Brief, Rankings and Methodology are open to Visitors. When you want to save something for later, take notes or track changes, you'll be prompted to create a free account.
Creating a free account
A free account (Member) gives you a Personal Workspace to save research, take notes on entities, bookmark items and track a limited number of Watches. You can sign up with email/password or with Google. There is no email verification wall in this phase. You can start using your workspace immediately after signup.
Signing in
Use the same method you signed up with. If you used Google, use Continue with Google. If you used email/password, use Sign in with email. Both methods land you on your workspace.
Password reset
If you forget your password, use Forgot password from the sign-in screen. You'll receive a one-time reset link that is valid for a short window and can only be used once. If a reset link expires, request a new one. Reset links are never shared with anyone else, not even our operators.
Workspace basics
Every Member gets one Personal Workspace. Pro members can create additional workspaces to organise research by theme, deal, portfolio or client. Every workspace is private to its owner. Notes, reports, bookmarks, saved views and comparisons all live inside a workspace.
Saving research
On an entity page (Area, Project, Developer, Collection), the Save button adds it to your workspace as a bookmark. The Notes button opens a drawer where you can write context that stays attached to the entity. On filter pages, Save view captures the current filters so you can return to them later.
Watches and Watchlists
A Watch tells the platform to monitor an entity and surface material changes in What Changed and your Inbox. Member accounts have a limited number of active Watches; Pro accounts have a larger allowance and can organise Watches into named Watchlists. You control when Watches are paused or resumed.
Reports
Reports package a slice of research into a shareable document. Pro members can generate Reports and download them as PDFs. Reports that you generate remain retrievable in your workspace even if your Pro membership lapses.
Member vs Pro
Member is our free tier with a Personal Workspace and a modest active Watch allowance. Pro adds additional Workspaces, a larger active Watch allowance, named Watchlists, saved comparisons, PDF export and Report generation. Downgrading to Member never deletes your research. Additional Workspaces become read-only and extra Watches pause until you upgrade again.
Account access
You can sign out from the account menu at any time. Contact your administrator if your account has been provisioned by them and you need help completing activation.
Additional detail on methodology and evidence lives on the Methodology page. For account or access questions, see the account menu or contact your administrator.
